Kanda Asian Bistro in Bellmore

Placed an online order, waited 2 hours for it. When I got it the food was cold and for what I ordered was not worth the large amount I spent. Will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

I've eaten at TONS of asian restaurants, and this is certainly the best in the area. Fair prices, good service, and great food. I've eaten it at least 30 or 40 times and have only good things to say about it. I recommend the vegetable dragon roll!

Okay, so I've never actually eaten there - only gotten take out, but AMAZING quality good & amazing delivery time.They've never screwed up an order in the 30+ time's I've ordered from them. The only thing I've had that I don't like is the miso soup, it's very fishy tasting sometimes and others it tastes like nothing, so I stopped ordering it.

Reasonable priced Thai/Asian fusion dishes. The food is good and the service is very accommodating. The lunch special is a great deal on weekdays for under $10 you can get a lunch meal with a soup or salad and small side.

Andy and his staff are fantastic! Food is excellent, prices are very reasonable.

Excellent Sushi. Hot and sour soup was very good too but a bit cold. Love the spicy mayo.

Been coming here for years and they never fail. The food is amazing and the service impeccable. Andy is a very gracious host. Had the chicken udon and the broth was tue most delicious broth ever. Friend had the yom tom soup and she said it was the best she ever had. Shrimp shimai was excellent and the sushi was very fresh and tasty.Too bad I moved far away, will always come back whenever I am in the area

Inconsistent experience. One time the food was good, the next time it was served luke warm and was just (when the restaurant was empty.) Good variety of food offered but I don't think I'll be going back.

Best food in town

Bad experience i was ordering food when the man asked for my address when i gave it to him he seemed to not hear me and asked for my address at least 5 more times after not being able to write down my address he put me on hold for 10 minutes and when he demanded for my address i told him and he repeated back to me correctly he then proceeded to again ask for my address i got frustrated and told him i gave him my address at least 5 times he told me that he could not serve me because u wasn't properly giving him my address he told me i would have to come in and he couldn't deal with me on the phone because i was being difficult he then hung up on me

Great Sushi, never disappointed. Their pan fried pork dumplings are also very tasty. Overall a very good offering of menu items.

This spot is worth a visit. They have large portions for fair rates. Constantly well kept and with good ambience. I highly recommend this place.

The soup and spare ribs are really good. The service is good. The menu however is somewhat run of the mill.

Food was good but, there was only my table with 7 people and one other table with 2 people occupied and the service was very slow even though it was not crowded.

Kanda is our go to restaurant (probably go twice a month). Great staff (friendly and attentive), food is fresh and tasty, very kids friendly restaurant too. Can not go wrong going here!

Fantastic sushi!

Long Island has too many sushi places that are trying to be like a night club... New Kanda is a hidden gem!!! The menu offers EVERYTHING japanese chinese thai hibachi etc. My favorite items to order are the shrimp udon soup, the singapore rice noodles, and of course various sushi which is always fresh! Everything I have tried is delicious and there is something for everyone. I highly recommend visiting New Kanda and meeting Andy who is so kind and friendly.

Food is excellent and the owner couldn't be a nicer person. EVERY TIME I eat here the owner comes says hello and shakes my hand. It's customer appreciation that keeps me coming back.

From the first moment you arrive in that place the personel give you a great feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a kind restaurant to hang out with your friends or with your date. heavenly meals, qualified chief cook and stuff, decent price and professional service. Highly recommended.

Never had a bad meal here, either take out or sit down. Fairly priced, great service, and they usually have live music on the weekends.
